- Handle of remaining vendor payments and gratuities;
- Troubleshoot of entire day;
- Mediation between individuals, vendors, and venue staff;
- Clean-up and retrieval of items at location.

This package is designed for those who are looking for professional expertise, guidance, and co-ordination for your event.
This package includes:
- Assistance with smooth event-day co-ordination;
- Detailed 'day-of' schedule;
- Meetings to discuss the schedule and budget updates of your event
(held one-month and one-week prior to event);
- Unlimited e-mails and phone calls relative to vendors/guests/etc.;
-Co-ordinate possible rehearsals;
- Approve all vendor contacts and ensure that your standards are met;
- Troubleshoot your entire day so you have a fabulous experience!

- Budget creation and detailed list of expenses;
- Assistance with venue decisions and contracts;
- Assistance with vendors, such as flowers and caterers;
- Detailed 'day-of' schedule;
- Unlimited e-mails and phone calls relative to vendors/guests/etc.;
-Co-ordination of possible rehearsals;
- Assistance at all vendor meetings;
- Meetings to discuss the schedule and budget updates of your event
